We study the Seito Matsumura Shorin-Ryu system. This style of karate originates from Okinawa where Master Phillip Koeppel (a Peoria, IL resident) studied under the direction of Master Yuichi Kuda. The lineage of this system is relatively short, but full of distinguished names. They include the afore mentioned Master’s Phillip Koeppel and include Master Yuichi Kuda, Master Hohan Soken, Master Nabi Matsumura, Master Bushi Matsumura, Master Karate Sakagawa, and Master Kusanku

We currently have a very diverse class of students. Master Price will teach children as young as five and as old as, well some won’t admit their age, but you’re never too old to learn karate.

Please come and join us as we train every Monday and Wednesday night from 7:00 to 8:00 P.M.

We also have an advance class on Wednesday night from 8:00 to 9:00 P.M.
